Equipment required to haul for Oldcastle APG
Flatbed Trailer -All pallets must be properly secured
>> Minimum of 14 straps required per load.
Van Trailer – Driver subject to tailgate load, unless otherwise pre-arranged.
>> Minimum of 1 load lock required per load

- Worker’s Compensation
- Coverage A – Statutory Limits
- Coverage B – $1,000,000 per occurrence
- General Liability – $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
- Automotive Liability/Contingent Auto Liability – $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit
- All insurance but Worker’s Compensation is to name Shipper as additional insured with primary coverage
- Cargo Insurance* to cover damage and loss in the amount of
- Oldcastle Building Products – $10,000 per occurrence of either van or flatbed
- Oldcastle Building Envelope – $250,000 per occurrence of either van or flatbed
- Allied Distribution – $100,000 per occurrence of Flatbed and $250,000 per occurrence of van shipment.
- Excessive/Umbrella Coverage minimum not less than $1,000,000
- Must have authority for Minimum of 5 years and/or Minimum of 1 years in business with a Transcredit score of 85 or higher.**
- 30 days’ notice of cancellation
* Umbrella coverage may be used to satisfy the required limits
** with Restrictions

- Coverage B – $1,000,000 per occurrence
- General Liability – $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
- Automotive Liability – $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit
- Excess/Umbrella Coverage with a minimum limit no less than $1,000,000
- All insurance but Worker’s Compensation is to name Shipper as additional insured with primary coverage

- Twenty Five Thousand replacement coverage on insurance
